Over the past 18 years, I've enjoyed designing products, mentoring designers and managing teams. I work with designers and product development teams to gather insights, prioritize customer pains and opportunities, create an inspiring strategic vision, and bring ideas to life. I really value building personal connections both at work and in life, empathizing with people, and validating our often biased assumptions.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my husband, 3 year old and crazy Vizsla, Elvis. I’m a huge book worm, love exploring the capabilities of AI and enjoy a good adventure. I’m half Dutch, have lived in various countries, and travel whenever I can. I love cultural differences. Diversity, empathy, and inclusion are issues close to my heart.

Managed high-performing team of Growth product designers (junior to senior) in Acquisition and Monetization. Generated $25 million in annualized GNARR in 2023.
Payscale - Polaris
Created Payscale’s “North Star” vision for it’s B2B products.
Payscale - Insight Lab
Solo product designer responsible for Insight Lab, Payscale’s small-mid market B2B product. Tiered a single product offering into three products, allowing sales to hit 124% TCV target in first quarter and increased customer base, resulting in a YOY growth of 51%.
Cleaned up product’s UX which lead to a 42% reduction in support tickets and an increased NPS (net promoter score) of 53 points.
General Motors - Maxis Marketplace
Maxis won a CIO 100 award in IT Excellence. The business benefit of Maxis exceeded $100 million in 2017, and doubled that amount through 2018.
General Motors - Enterprise Data Warehouse
First UX designer hired to work at GM’s brand new IT Innovation Center and design the UI/UX of the companies’ first global data portal. The data warehouse led to the design of the Maxis Marketplace three years later, of which I owned product design.
